By signing up with Guide to Imbibe, you agree to serve an exclusive Buy One, Get One Free drink deal where allowable by ABC law (Washington, DC). If a Buy One, Get One Free deal is not allowable by law in your state or territory, your discount should be an exclusive discount equivalent or near-equivalent to a Buy One, Get One Free offer (Virginia, Maryland). As these deals are determined by the venue, at the time of signing up, the expectation is for the venue to manage your beverage program accordingly to complete the deal as printed for the guest.

All deals must abide by applicable state and federal law(s).

By submitting your application, you are signing with full agreement from all managers, owners, or other parties with a financial or operational oversight. You also agree to allow the Guide to Imbibe to use publicly available marketing material, such as photos, videos, logos, etc. related to your venue, to promote the Guide and your presence/participation within it.

You are agreeing to participate for a period of two (2) years from the time of initial sign up — Guide to Imbibe will be in touch to renew your participation as the end of that two (2) year time period draws near. Discount deals in all editions of the Guide as of or after January 1, 2026, will be valid for the full calendar year.

Deals are not valid with any other offers unless the venue chooses to do so; additional discounts or promotions are the responsibility of the venue alone.

Patrons are allowed to redeem the deal for themselves, or if applicable (ie. Buy One Get One Free) to share the discount with another person of their choosing.

Venues have the right to refuse any guest who presents themself outside accordance with local, state, or federal law and expectations, including but not limited to ABC guidelines.

Guide users must be 21 or older to redeem the drink deal(s).
